GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:

We offer local delivery in Muskegon and Northern Ottawa counties.

SHIPPING RATES

$1.00 - $50.00 shipping is $20.00

$51.00 - $75.00 shipping is $28.00

$76.00 - $125.00 shipping is $30.00

$125.00 and over call for shipping

UPS Ground Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time)

If you require an expedited delivery method, please choose the shipping method you prefer during checkout. If you do not choose a shipping method, your order will be shipped via ground delivery methods. The appropriate shipping charges will be added to any orders in which the ground shipping is not selected.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours or sooner. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & UPS Next Day Air. (arrives the following business day) Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.

WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS AND GIFTS:
We offer delivery of our store items to any physical address within the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please contact us and we would be glad to help you.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas. These destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost, or returned to us at great expense.

PERISHABLE ITEMS:
During the summer months, we provide ice packs in all chocolates & perishable gifts, to ensure that our chocolates, fruits, and bakery items arrive fresh.

Although this is more costly, it is the only way to ensure that the gift will arrive fresh.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift.

ENCLOSURE CARDS:
An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.

PAYMENT:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Once the payment is received, your gift will be shipped.

CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at sales@maggiesgiftbaskets.com . If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, the merchandise price will be credited back to your account less shipping and handling fees. A $15 cancellation fee will apply to orders that have already shipped.

REFUNDS:
We issue refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 7 days of the gift being received. A $15 restocking fee will be assessed prior to refund being given. When the refund has been processed, the merchandise price will be credited back to your account less shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
